Kickstarter Return Policy

While all Arsenal 2s come with a warranty, we do not offer returns or refunds for Kickstarter rewards.

The support we get from our Kickstarter backers is what enables us to run and grow our business, gather customer feedback, and design new products. In the Kickstarter community, any items you receive after making a pledge are aptly named ‘rewards’ because they are tokens of appreciation from us to you for helping us to create Arsenal. Backing a creation on Kickstarter is not the same as ordering an existing product, and as such returns/refunds are not offered.

If Arsenal 2 isn’t something you think you’ll end up using, you can always give it to a friend, donate it to a charity, or sell it on another website (such as eBay).
